Everyone woman has the ability to lead, but few see themselves as leaders or know they can develop this skill with women’s leadership coaching. If someone asked you, “..are you a leader?”, how would you answer? Well, hold on a minute, what makes a leader? Are you visualizing an emperor of land cloaked in robes or a successful CEO running a large company? Those are just positions being held by people, but they may or may not be leaders. A leader is someone who is blazing a new trail; someone who is actively planning and participating in moving their team, vision, business, career, family, and goals forward.

You are leading every time you don’t accept the status quo and decide for yourself on your own terms the direction you will take to improve the current circumstances. You lead every time you do not accept, drift, or comply to what is and rather challenge yourself to grow, improve, develop, contribute, and prosper at a higher level.
