Career leadership starts with you at the helm gaining clarity on what it is you want not just for your career, but also what you want your life to look like; after all they go together. The first step is aligning your career choices to who you are, what your values are, and what you need and want from your career. There is a lot of self awareness and discovery in creating a fulfilling and exciting career path. It takes an exploration of all the dynamic elements of you, your life, and your needs to gain career alignment.

Once you have clarity and alignment with your career, you then get to design it!
